Job objective

The Sales Manager at Dynaf plays a pivotal role in driving our sales and expanding our market presence. You will reach out to potential clients and engage with them in detailed sales conversations, both over the phone and in our showroom. Your mission is to understand their needs, desires, and specifications, and to offer informed guidance on Dynaf’s products, ensuring a service that is as personalized as it is professional.

As a specialist in Dynaf Power Solutions’ extensive product lines, you will hone in on one product group while being familiar with our full range. In partnership with Project Managers, you’ll work to secure the technical fulfillment post-sale, supporting Dynaf’s commitment to excellence from first contact through to project completion.

 
 

Core activities

  • Procure new sales, converting prospects and inquiries into Dynaf success stories.
  • Sustain and deepen our existing customer relationships, uncovering additional avenues for business expansion.
  • Work with suppliers to tailor solutions to customer needs, securing competitive proposals.
  • Finalize and close sales deals with precision and poise.
  • Aid the Commercial Director in crafting and executing innovative sales strategies.
  • Communicate sales outcomes and insights to the Commercial Director.
  • In alliance with the Marketing team, take charge of sales promotional materials and initiatives.
  • Embark on customer and project site visits to discuss pivotal matters and solidify Dynaf’s client relationships.

  • Bachelor’s degree with a natural flair for commerce.
