Job objective

As a Service Desk Employee, your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service within the parameters of our Service Level Agreements and budgetary guidelines. You will be the frontline contact for service-related inquiries from customers and partners, ensuring every issue is addressed with promptness and precision.

Your adeptness at prioritizing incoming requests and scheduling both corrective and preventive maintenance will keep our service delivery seamless and customer satisfaction high.

 

Core activities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all service-related customer and partner inquiries.
  • Efficiently log technical assistance queries, assess their nature and urgency, and address them with prompt and effective solutions.
  • Delegate complex questions and/or problems to Service Engineers when necessary.
  • Input technical questions into our planning system to ensure adherence to SLAs.
  • Gather essential data to schedule Service Engineers, organizing workloads for optimal efficiency.
  • Dynamically adjust schedules to accommodate high-priority issues as they arise.
  • Track the progress of Service Engineers in real-time, optimizing planning based on their performance in resolving issues.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of Service Engineers to various locations.
  • Maintain a consistently high level of customer service, representing Dynaf’s commitment to excellence.

 

Qualifications

  • MBO+ level in Administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in the use of scheduling and planning software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
