Job objective

As an Inside Sales Officer of Dynaf, you sell products and services by telephone, e-mail, online channels and directly behind the counter. In addition, in the Dynaf showroom you are the face of the organization. Every visitor should be welcomed and helped with a big smile. The Inside Sales Officer distinguishes himself from the Sales Manager by helping customers and offering support in the office. You make proactive and reactive contact with leads and ensure that the resulting information is processed in our AFAS CRM system. You can plan and organize well and you ensure that all administrative actions and customer-oriented tasks are performed efficiently.
 
Inside Sales is all about effective lead management. Independently or in collaboration with the Sales Manager, you follow up sales opportunities with a driven approach and process them in the sales pipeline (AFAS forecasting). You also work closely together and support the marketing department so that customers can find Dynaf through various online or offline channels. In your role there is no distinction in products/service, market segment, phases of the customer journey and/or geography. The goal is to train all of Dynaf and provide support to all branches.
 

Core activities

  • You sell with passion and you are customer-oriented, based on your commercial feeling and affinity with technology;
  • You welcome every visitor and make a difference by giving sound, professional advice without being intrusive and you guide the sales process;
  • You contribute to the correct communication in the showroom, a correct price indication of goods and that the promotional material is properly and visibly applied;
  • You pay continuous attention to a well-maintained business environment around the office and inside the showroom;
  • Responsible for achieving the set sales targets and working with KPI in a targeted manner;
  • Processes incoming requests by means of an inventory and prepares quotations;
  • Analyzing markets, identifying trends and mapping them out to the Sales Manager;
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding relationships with customers;
  • Provide the customer with information and advice on products, services and conditions to be delivered;
  • Consulting with other departments within Dynaf to realize sales;
  • You are able to make calculations (Generator, UPS and Solar) for quotations & service contracts;
  • You proactively conduct acquisitions for new business markets and make appointments for customer conversations with the Sales Manager;
  • Ensures an up-to-date and correct customer administration (CRM) in AFAS and its optimization;
  • Set up sales promotions in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Marketing;
  • Handling customer complaints in collaboration with Sales & Service Manager;
  • Reference request after project completion in collaboration with the Sales Manager;
  • Prepare invoices for sales projects and follow up on these invoices.

Communication

Internal:

As an Inside Sales Officer you have a lot of cooperation with the Sales Manager to realize the company goals. You also have a lot of consultation with the commercial director and you work closely with the Marketing Department. In addition, you have regular contact with the Logistics and Purchasing Employee and the Financial Department.

External:

In the position of Inside Sales Officer, you have external contact with customers, visitors and suppliers.
 

Job requirements

  • MBO+/ HBO education in Commercial or Marketing direction;
  • Affinity with technology and willing to quickly adapt to the product range to advise people as an ambassador;
  • Commercial commitment, acts customer-oriented and knows how to close a sale;
