We're looking for a Technical Service Engineer in Curaçao who enjoys solving problems, working with advanced technology, and is ready to make sure our systems perform at their best and that every client receives high-quality service and support.

Salary: XCG 2,500–4,000 (depending on relevant experience)

What You'll Do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on our energy systems to ensure reliability and safety.
Carry out repairs, replacements, and calibrations to keep systems running smoothly.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using diagnostic tools.
Install and test new equipment on-site for both private and commercial clients.
Providing on-site and remote support to customers and ensuring clear follow-up.
Document all service work and share technical feedback to help improve our systems.

What You Bring

A completed MBO degree in Elektromonteur or similar technical field.
At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and electrical diagnostics.
A hands-on, solution-driven mindset with a strong focus on customers.
Genuine interest in sustainability and innovative technology (we'll train you fast).
Ability to read manuals, interpret schematics, and use digital tools confidently.
Fluent in Papiamentu, Dutch, and English.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally within the Dutch Caribbean.
