Project Engineer (Curaçao)

As our new Project Engineer, you'll turn ideas into real projects working with clients, suppliers, and your team to make it all happen. In this role, you'll be the technical bridge between our clients' needs and our engineering solutions, ensuring every project is delivered with excellence and innovation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Translate client needs into technical project plans, drawings, and cost estimates
- Be the main technical contact for clients, subcontractors, and partners
- Support Sales and Customer Support with technical input and after-sales handover
- Solve technical challenges and ensure projects meet quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
- 1–3 years of work experience (preferably in a similar industry)
- Skilled in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Knowledge of solar, UPS, generators, or EV charging systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills in Dutch, English and Papiamentu
- Hands-on, flexible, and customer-oriented
