Customer & Sales Support Officer

The Customer & Sales Support Officer supports the sales and service team by efficiently and accurately carrying out administrative and planning-related tasks that contribute to customer-focused and service-driven processes. Through timely quotations, structured scheduling, and effective communication, the officer ensures the smooth execution of commercial and service workflows. This role serves as a vital link between customers, internal departments, and external partners, with the goal of delivering an excellent customer experience and supporting Dynaf's commercial growth in Aruba.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare, process, and follow up on quotations, orders, and contracts
- Maintain accurate customer records and commercial documentation in the ERP/CRM system
- Coordinate and monitor daily service planning, ensuring effective alignment between service appointments, technician availability, and customer expectations
- Collaborate closely with the service department to proactively manage schedules, rescheduling, and workload balancing
- Act as the first point of contact for administrative inquiries from customers and colleagues
- Monitor delivery times, deadlines, and service-level agreements, and follow up on customer commitments
- Support marketing and sales activities such as campaigns, client engagement, and events
- Identify and propose improvements in administrative processes, service efficiency, and customer communication
- Provide administrative support for reporting, invoicing, post-calculations, and service-related documentation
Requirements:
- MBO+/Bachelor's level of working and thinking, preferably in a commercial or administrative field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of Dutch and English; Spanish is a plus
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems (preferably Exact, AFAS, or similar)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Accurate, proactive, and customer-focused
