An internship at the Sales Departement of Dynaf Group
I did my graduation internship at Dynaf from February up until June 2022 in the sales department. My internship was a mixture of supporting the sales department and executing marketing-related activities. Dynaf’s culture matches the warmth of the Caribbean sun. Upon my first arrival at the company, my colleagues welcomed me with a beer and very pleasant introduction talks. The team feels like a family, where you are being treated like an actual employee instead of an intern. The atmosphere is very pleasant to work in, as everyone is friendly and willing to help with your tasks. On the other hand, work has to be done and it is feasible to conduct your research and get a good grade for your report. During my internship, I got full responsibility for planning and scheduling my deadlines. There is a lot of freedom in how you structure your tasks. Personally, I combined my research with other activities for Dynaf. For my graduation report, I researched how the inside sales team can improve collaboration with sales managers.
Whether it is for a graduation internship or a major work placement, Dynaf is the best option to learn a lot and have a very good time!
I experienced my internship at Dynaf as an extremely valuable lesson for my personal and professional development. On the Island of Curaçao, you are accompanied by many other students, which makes your stay even better.
