Sales Intern Lenn
In the 3rd year of my Bachelor I wanted to do my five-month internship on Curaçao. After some searching for suitable companies, I ended up at Dynaf. This seemed like a perfect place for my internship, so I sent them an application right away and I never regretted it.
I ended up in a nice team with a lot of knowledge that they like to share. As an intern, I was treated like a real employee and immediately became part of the team, I was also given a lot of freedom to work on my assignments. I could always contact my colleagues if I had any questions. At Dynaf, feedback is seen as a gift through which the company continues to improve. Dynaf also regularly organizes employee training and events, a nice example was an Inspirational Event with Churandy Martina, he told how he achieved his successes and everyone could ask him questions about this.
I did my internship in the sales team but because I am a technical person I got more technical assignments such as drawing and calculation, I also got the chance to regularly join the service and project teams. This allowed me to gain technical knowledge that I could use in my work with the sales team.
The 5 months flew by and I look back on a fun and educational internship on a beautiful island that also contributed positively to my personal development.
