Seguros Brouwer NV was founded on December 29, 1986 and has since grown into one of the leading firms in the field of insurance, mortgages and pensions on Curacao. As of mid-2008, Seguros Brouwer is part of the Boogaard Group with a total of 16 offices in the Netherlands, Curacao, Aruba, Bonaire, Sint Maarten and Anguilla. Dynaf performed a Galaxy UPS installation. This UPS serves as a emergency power supply.

The project
E-Commerce Park is located in Curaçao, giving follow up to the public-private initiative to make Curaçao one of the E-Commerce centers of the region. E-Commercepark provides rent out service space and guarantee 100% electricity, cooling and internet. For complete assurance and superior performance, collocated servers are protected within state-of-the-art Internet Data Center with its strictly regulated power supply. For this strictly regulated power supply Dynaf has supplied 6 generators and 9 UPS systems to E-Commercepark. They always use n+1 as a backup. This means that they always have a backup for the generators and UPS in case of failure.

MCB stands for Maduro & Curiel’s bank and is a financial institution which exist for more than 100 year. It is important that the data center never runs out of power, this is realized by the two generators. MCB has two generators running on standby power for the data center. Furthermore MCB also has UPS-system. This ensures 24/7 power supply to the datacenter.

Sint Maarten is part of the Windward islands, which lie in the hurricane belt of the Caribbean. An important requirement for Budget Marine was that their new grid-tied solar project was hurricane proof. This was done by attaching the PV panels via adding an extra number of specially designed profiles on the industrial sandwich roof.

Building Depot is a large retail company that sells products ranging from furniture to toys to electrical appliances. The Building Depot complex has to house lots of items and is therefore designed as a cube warehouse with a large flat empty roof on top of it. Kooyman is one of the largest suppliers of tools, equipment and building materials for DIY customers and construction companies on Curaçao. The Kooyman Megastores are warehouses with large flat empty roofs on top of them. These roofs are ideal for the placement of solar PV panels which can be used to power all of the building’s energy demand during the day. Dynaf has designed and installed a 102 kWp Solar PV system at the Jan Noorduynweg Megastore of Kooyman.

The Corendon Mangrove Beach Resort will become a new 5-star luxury Ultra all-inclusive resort in Curaçao. The complex will house a large range of leisure facilities such as swimming pools, restaurants, bars an Aquapark and conference rooms, all of which are notoriously energy consuming. Sustainability is however a key requirement for this project which is why Dynaf was asked to design a solar PV system, able to supply energy for the 850 rooms and facilities that the resort should be able to accommodate. The first step of this project has as of 2019 been completed, resulting in the delivery of the first 640 kWp installed power, of the 2,3 MWp which will finally be installed.

Divi Aruba Phoenix is a High Rise, modern hotel on Palm Beach. It contains white beaches, beautiful modern rooms and wonderful swimming pools where you can completely relax. They also have a number of restaurants including Pureocean, Purebeach and Puredeli.
The generator of type KD800-UF has been delivered, where we also provided the connection, supplied the ATS, connected the external tank and installed the silencers and exhaust drain. Dynaf also disconnected and disposed of the old generator.
